From my good friend Elaine, "These men are installing and setting solid steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar in downtown Norman, OK. They are cleaning up at the end of the day. Scroll down to under picture."
"How long do you think it will be before they realize where their vehicle is parked?"
I’m currently listening to Coltrane and Mile’s ‘Straight, No Chaser’.

Brilliant!
So scary too! ;o)
Love it!
LOL glad you liked it :-) Aren’t you glad they’re not doing concrete work at your house?
Um, can I just say I’m glad it’s not me doing that!
Adorable. I laughed so hard my tummy hurt! This was a great piece to post. With the backdrop of Miles and Coltrane….”So What” makes it all good. Davis and Coltrane play one of the best renditions of “So What” live 1958, Miles Davis “Jazz Masters Vintage Collection or “ The Cool Jazz Sound” Just thought I would throw this in for good measure. Smiles. Great music and laughter what could be better?
The photo was taken in Manchester, UK and the bollards have blanking caps which allow them to be removed with a key when necessary.
Cherryl, you took all the fun out this! ;o)
Thanks for the update; that totally makes sense. Bollards? Are you an engineer or is this a commonly used term in the UK?
