Suitcase Drum Kit and other stories

I just read about this very inexpensive drum kit and thought I’d share this blog detailing the way one fellow did it: Build a Suitcase Drum Set.

Here is one drummer’s response:

clip_image002Turn the problem on its side: The drum kit is fine – it’s the car that needs changing. My recommendation is to get a qualified drummer’s car; one that’s complete with a bassist who will provide beer or gasoline money.

What won’t fit inside can be tied to the top. (Including the bassist.) This particular model has an easy to remove backseat which means the sleeping area is spacious.  Smile
