I am an admin on the Woodwind Forum, run the Pacifica Big Band (formerly the Microsoft Jumpin' Jive Orchestra) and participate in other ensembles. Mostly enjoy time with family and friends.

    Thanks for the easy grilling recipe! We will put it to good use. On a more regular basis do make quartered potatoes with olive oil, a sprinkle of kosher salt and pepper, and fresh rosemary in the oven, which is always delicious, and lower calories.  I do realize that the potato salad is fattening but we only have it on special occasions.
