    This was a wonderful article!  I was familiar with several of the healthy food, but not all of them, and learned a great deal, including more about the things I knew about.  Liked the recipes too.  It should be a help to both Ken and I in increasing heart healthy, lower cholesterol food consumption.  I also like how it helped diabetes.  Thanks!
