Welcome to the all new Woodwind Forum

Well I did it. I’ve moved from the SOTW site as the admin to a new forum. The Woodwind Forum is going to be a collaborative effort of some very successful friends of mine and me. We are testing the server, adjusting the layout, and laying down some plain and simple rules. It will be a fabulous new experiment and I invite all of my musically inclined friends and family to take a look at http://www.woodwindforum.com/community.

I’ll still be a reader and contributor to the Sax on the Web site but as Suzy said, "You can’t be admin on both sites and still keep up with all the bands you are part of." Of course she is correct. But don’t tell her that okay.  ;o)

Beth (MsBeth) luv your new avatar.
Andrea, in the great crapshoot that is life, finding Suzy was the best thing I ever did. Not a day goes by that in some way for somethings she’s done, or not done, I don’t think, how’d I rate this lady.
Carole, I read every post in your blog. You are on my RSS so I get pinged. But I try to be careful to be value added to your posts and not just noise. You know you really live too far from Seattle to pop in for a coffee or tea.  :o)

What a cool idea.  When I was a kid I played the clarinet (badly) and could have used some good advice about things like carving your own reeds, etc.  I see you have a spot for penny whistles as well.  Very cool

Loach, after a 27 year break I returned to music performance in a big way. That was five years ago and I’ve never looked back. I am trying to get the admin team to accept the term exotics in each of the instrument categories.
