The sheer complete lack of knowledge of the public never EVER creases to amaze me.  Over and over and over.  I wish this was on every network every hour on the hour. Maybe they would see why we have a brain…we are supposed to think!

And you know what Carole? Some people ask me why I’m a pessimist (on occasion).

I thought it was rather funny.  We all play follow the leader without ever asking why, or in  this case what is it.

This was hilarious.  I guess I should believe it.  Wow! Mom

Passion? I’ve seen passionate folks on both sides. Here’s another one. Try asking people WHY they’re voting for their candidate for President. What is the candidate’s platform? Most folks just vote one way or the other because they either have all their lives just like their parents or because they "like" the candidate even without being able to say what the candidate stands for.

Ok for reference water is also a monoxide (due to the ONE atom of oxygen re. MONOxide), but STILL Dihydrogen Monoxide is dangerous and also known as the Invisible Killer.

This is funny though sad too! Just shows how gullible people are and fail to ask questions and think!

I agree with everyone this is hilarious but very sad too. I may have signed not knowing much about the stated chemical but would have asked I would then have taken the asker at face value not being able to check it out myself. Being pinned to that moment in time, so would I have signed I am not sure.  Is that good or bad depends if you just leave it at a signature and never get the facts then you are as much to blame as the asker of this stunt.

It seems most people want to do the right thing others yes are joiners trying to jump on the bandwagon no matter the cause. The same goes for politics we want to care but as a populous we really don’t. We think everything will take care of itself without action too bad we The People will find out the hard way! I wish everyone knew one voice does make a difference if used wisely. One voice is not impuissant, together does make the status quo. At least that is what I believe.

I fight for senior rights I have since I was 19 years old why because I had parents that were going to be seniors and then yes one day me. Did I make a difference yes for I keep going I love our Constitution we are a great nation people just seemed to forget this. When we leave others to do what we know to be sound we are as much to blame as any politician; for shame us leaving our lives and the pursuit of happiness to others. Please get involved I promise it does not take a lot of effort but the rewards will be great then you will know hey I did make a difference.

Stephanie hit the nail on the head about the candidates people just vote, Sorry to say by 2040 our country will be bankrupt, our way of life diminished sadly to say by We The Peoples inactivity. We get what we deserve for not simply taking the time to address all of the things this nation faces therefore taking no action and doing something about it. I feel so sad daily about what is happening to this wonderful country. Great post darling this makes one ponder the facts or lack thereof too bad little will change pessimistic I did not use to be. Optimistic as a great nation, yes you bet about our ability to wake the heck up!!!!
