Gas is now $4 a gallon at gas stations in selected locations around the United States. Is the dollar the new dime? And why do we still have pennies?

    Sadly I think yes, the dollar is the dime. And pennies? So that things can be priced $3.99 and make us feel they’re cheaper than if they were priced $4.00.
